Listing preparation
6 documented steps
5-7 days intake to live
Every furnished apartment we take on moves through the same sequence. Each step is logged, and nothing goes public before you approve the copy, the price and the photographs.
Checklist complete: 6 of 6 steps documented for this apartment type.
Keys, utilities, house rules and your preferred check-in window are recorded, and the management agreement is signed.
A room-by-room inventory, meter readings and any existing wear are photographed and logged before the first guest arrives.
Title, description and amenity list are written for the local guest market, then sent to you for written approval.
A full photo set and a measured floor plan are produced as an owner-approved package, ready for the listing gallery.
Nightly rate, minimum stay and blocked dates are set for the coming twelve months, with seasonal adjustments noted.
The listing goes live with synced availability, and monthly occupancy reporting starts with the first booking.

Photography proof
Every managed apartment gets a standard shoot before the listing goes live. Drag the handle to see what changes between the owner's snapshot and the prepared photo set. Shoots form part of the listing preparation process we run for landlords in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa.
Availability updates
Every furnished flat we manage shares one calendar. When a guest confirms, when a plumber blocks a night, when you take the apartment for family, the change lands here first. Dates shown: 03 to 16 June.
We do not promise occupancy. We report what happened and what is open, then you decide how to price the next free window.

Occupancy reporting
Every apartment gets one page each month: nights sold, average daily rate, gross revenue and the change against the previous month. Figures come from confirmed bookings in the shared calendar, not from projections.

Reports are issued in the first five working days of each month, one table per apartment. Occupancy counts nights sold, not nights blocked by the owner.
Request a sample reportSend the address and current listing status of your furnished apartment in Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa. You get a written assessment with a photo set plan, a draft availability calendar and a reporting schedule you approve before anything goes live.
Results vary. Occupancy and nightly rates depend on season, district and guest demand, so figures from other apartments are not a guarantee of your own performance.
